No, all visits must be scheduled through our client portal. This ensures that your visits are covered by our liability insurance and properly scheduled. Booking outside the portal can create challenges for your sitter and may result in account restrictions. Using the portal keeps everything secure and organized for everyone involved.

In case of bad weather like rain, hail, or lightning, we prioritize your pet's safety and comfort. If conditions are severe, we will postpone walks and offer alternative solutions. We consider your dog's preferences, whether they enjoy the rain or prefer staying indoors.

You will receive a text and email notification when we arrive, and then at the end of our visit, pictures, a note, a report card, and a GPS map if we walk your dog. If you have questions for us, you can communicate with the office and your pet sitter using our app. We make it easy!

All of our pet sitters must pass a criminal background check before being hired. Once they join our team, they are required to obtain Pet CPR/First Aid Certification and complete Pet Sitter & Dog Walker certification courses.
