What happens if it rains during my dog's walk?In case of bad weather like rain, hail, or lightning, we prioritize your pet's safety and comfort. If conditions are severe, we will postpone walks and offer alternative solutions. We consider your dog's preferences, whether they enjoy the rain or prefer staying indoors. Rest assured, we will always be there to care for your dog.

What is the payment process for bookings?Clients can pay for their bookings through our Client Portal.

Can I schedule visits directly with my pet sitter?No, all visits must be scheduled through our client portal. This ensures that your visits are covered by our liability insurance and properly scheduled. Booking outside the portal can create challenges for your sitter and may result in account restrictions. Using the portal keeps everything secure and organized for everyone involved.

Can I Reach Out to My Dog Walker via Phone or Text?Sorry, but all communication must be conducted through our client portal. This policy is put in place to keep our Scheduling team updated on any changes or issues with your service, enabling them to make necessary adjustments without causing any disruptions to other visits. Contacting your sitter directly can potentially create awkward situations and may result in your account being temporarily suspended. Thank you for understanding.

What is your hiring process for pet sitters?All of our pet sitters must pass a criminal background check before being hired. Once they join our team, they are required to obtain Pet CPR/First Aid Certification and complete Pet Sitter & Dog Walker certification courses.

What should I expect at Meet & Greet?Preliminary meeting prior to reservation is crucial in order to identify a suitable match. As the owner of a dog, you will have the opportunity to discuss your pet’s demeanor and review care instructions.
