Our dog walkers are put through a thorough background check before being approved to enter your home. Your security is a top priority for us, which is why we are completely bonded and insured.

You will receive a text and email notification when we arrive, and then at the end of our visit, pictures, a note, and a report card. If you have questions for us, you can communicate with the office and your cat sitter using our pet sitting app. We make it easy!

Yes! Our Visit Timeframes: Morning visits 9am – 11am Afternoon visits 1pm – 3pm Evening visits 5pm – 7pm Need a smaller timeframe? We will do our best to accommodate your request for a smaller timeframe (within the hour).

Some cats are shy, and that’s ok. If they prefer to hide while we are there, your cat sitter will sit quietly. Sometimes that all it takes. Our cat sitters make every effort to put eyes on your cats during each visit to ensure their safety.

If we are unable to locate your cat, we can verify their condition by checking the litter box and notating the volume of food and water being consumed.

We're a licensed and insured Pet Sitting company. Our insurance requires a visits at least once every 24 hours. This helps us ensure that your furry friend receives the best care possible.

We often have clients who want us to check on their cats every couple of days because they believe their feline friends are self-sufficient and don't require daily attention. They recommend leaving extra supplies or using automatic feeders.

But we decline these request, and let us explain why with the following example scenario:

- So, the other day when I went to see my client's kittens, only one of the two kittens didn't come to say hello. I heard the other kitten crying, so I knew something was up. Turns out, she had managed to get herself stuck inside a duvet cover. It could have been a disaster if we weren't checking in on them every day.

- So, these two cats thought it would be a funny to sneak into the bedroom and shut the door behind them. Little did they know, they would end up stuck without any snacks, drinks, or a potty break.

- So, you might assume cat fountains are harmless, but that's not always the reality. During our first visit, we noticed a weird grinding noise coming from the fountain. Turns out, the fountain had dried up and the motor was overheating. Thankfully, we caught it in time and avoided a potential fire hazard.

- It could happened the batteries in the automatic feeder are dead! Looks like your kitty will have to wait until the sitter arrives for some food.

-So, our client went on vacation, and somehow their cat managed to escape the house. When we arrived for our first visit, we discovered a very chilly and famished cat chilling on the porch.
